* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Officials at Novolex's Coldwater plant have repurposed a production line to make isolation gowns for frontline health care employees and other workers. The plant will ramp up production to 2 million gowns a month once a second line goes online.
