* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

David Brodbeck
David A. Brodbeck, 62, of Saint Marys, died 8:06 A.M. Monday, January 11, 2021, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
He was born August 1, 1958, in Saint Marys, the son of Albert and Marjorie (Steele) Brodbeck. He married Jill Weisenborn Mihm on March 29, 2001; she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his daughter, Laura (Cory) Gengler of New Knoxville; by his grandchildren: Kayleigh; Aaliyah; Elijah; Alexandra; Natalie; Michael. He is survived by his siblings; Rodney (Dawn) Brodbeck of Saint Marys; Kathy (Roger) Rutschilling of Coldwater; Jerry Steele of Saint Marys; a sister-in-law: Margo Brodbeck of Celina; by a step-son: Benji (April) Mihm of Saint Marys; by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; by a brother: Ken Brodbeck; by a step-daughter: Lisa Puccio.
Dave was a 1976 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He retired from Honda of America, Anna Engine Plant, where he never missed a day of work in his 33 year career. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys.
Dave enjoyed staying busy, and was always attending a local festival, flea market or fair.
He was a fan of the St. Marys Roughriders, the OSU Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys. He liked to ride motorcycles with his daughter, Laura, and his most cherished moments were spent with his grandchildren. Dave will be remembered for his friendly, kind personality, and for his love helping other people.
Funeral rites will be held in the spring of 2021 at Elm Grove Cemetery in Saint Marys.
Memorial gifts may be sent to the Cancer Association of Auglaize County, and condolences may be sent to Dave's family via Millerfuneralhomes.net.
Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, is entrusted with Dave's funeral arrangements.
