* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

A semitrailer heavily damaged the back of a home at 11051 U.S. 127 north of Celina on Wednesday morning. Officials said the driver was northbound on U.S. 127 when he veered off the road, striking the house.
