An approaching cold front will affect areas along and north of the I-70 corridor this afternoon and evening. West to southwest winds will gust in the 30 to 40 mph range. These wind speeds may be strong enough to blow around unsecured objects.

A new park named after St. Marys resident Michael Lynch was dedicated in St. Marys on Tuesday. Lynch, who worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, served in the U.S. Air Force and was a Vietnam War veteran, died in a plane crash in 1982.
