Jane Parker Lynch
Jane Parker Lynch, 70, longtime resident of Naperville, IL, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 after a short battle with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare bile duct cancer.
She was born June 17, 1951 in Celina, OH. Beloved wife of the late Michael J. Lynch, whom she married October 16, 1971 and who preceded her in death on December 16, 1982, loving mother of Joshua (Peter Kwiatkowski) Lynch of Warrenville, IL, Joni (Dean) Konstantelos of Naperville, Jaclyn (Allen Ruettiger) Taverna of Naperville and Jordan (Brad) Conant of Montgomery, IL, adored grandmother of Olivia, Audrey, Evelyn and the late Michael Konstantelos; Nate and Julia Taverna; Jackson, Tristan and Reagan Conant, devoted daughter of the late Bernis and Jane (nee Rader) Parker, loving sister, sister-in-law, cousin, aunt, great-aunt and friend of many.
Jane grew up in St. Marys, OH and was a graduate of Memorial High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. At the age of 53, Jane earned her Master of Education degree from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL and has been teaching 1st grade at Edna Keith Elementary School in Joliet for the past 17 years. Jane was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Naperville and enjoyed baking, cooking and, most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 15, 2021, 4:00-8:00 PM at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville.
A celebration of Jane's life will be held Saturday, October 16, 11:00 AM at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 25 E. Benton Ave., Naperville, IL 60540, (630) 355-1024.
