ST. MARYS - Money must be spent on a consultant to design the next phases of the High Street reservoir mill renovation project before construction can start, city council members were told on Monday.
While reviewing the proposed city budget on Monday night, councilman Dan Uhlenhake inquired about a $150,000 line item for consulting services for the next phases of the project, which would focus on the inside of the structure. [More]

ST. MARYS - City officials plan to pursue nearly $750,000 in street improvements next year, council members on the finance commitee learned during their Monday night meeting.
