There's No Face Like Gnome

CELINA - Participants at a recent workshop at Unique Roots greenhouse on State Route 29 made gnome planters. They first glued burlap, moss and fabric to glass containers to make the gnome's coat. Next, they shaped and attached a beard. Then, they added a wooden ball for a little gnome nose.
Participants filled their glass containers with rocks and dirt before planting small succulent plants. Different succulents gave the gnome's hair a "Unique Roots" look.
