Rebecca Clune
Rebecca "Becky" J. Clune, 53, of Burkettsville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at her home.
She was born on December 29, 1968, in Coldwater, Ohio, to Betty (Winner) Bruggeman and the late Bill Bruggeman.
In addition to her father, Becky was preceded in death by her son, Brad Buschur; and her brother, Brent Bruggeman.
Becky was a 1987 graduate of Coldwater High School. She spent her life raising her family and loved spoiling her grandchildren. Becky spent many years volunteering at the Center For Neurological Development in Burkettsville. She had a heart of gold and would always put others before herself.
In addition to her mother, Becky is survived by her husband, Mike Clune, whom she married on May 12, 1995; her children, Liz (Chris) Wenning of Coldwater, and Ryan (fiancé, Macy Welsch) Clune of Burkettsville; her two grandchildren, Welles and Wrenly; her siblings, Beth (Scott) Pease and Brian (Amy) Bruggeman, all of Coldwater; her sister-in-law, Stacy Bruggeman of McCartyville; her father and mother-in-law, Paul (Janet) Clune of New Weston; her in-laws, Greg (Marcia) Clune, Todd (Jodi) Clune, and John (Karen) Clune, all of St. Henry, and Gina (Dan) Bohman of Lebanon, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 AM, Monday, March 28, 2022, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Burkettsville with Father Andrew Hess officiating. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Guests may visit with Becky's family on Sunday, March 27, 2022, from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM, and again on Monday from 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
