Local dignitaries and RCS Construction gathered Friday morning for the grand opening of Boardwalk Village, a multi-million dollar Key West-inspired, walkable vacation rental community along West Bank Road in Celina.
The public was invited to tour the cottages and other units in the village, which includes a swimming pool and palm trees.
The village will welcome its first guests on Wednesday, said Brianna Obringer, marketing coordinator for Bruns Construction Enterprises. Boardwalk Village will be open for booking and available year-round.
The village is anchored by the Boardwalk Grill restaurant, which is now open year-round.
