Stormy Chilcoat-Spicer, 35, of Lima, OH died unexpectedly Thursday June 9, 2022 in the emergency department of St. Rita's Medical Center (Mercy Health) in Lima, OH.
Arrangements are being completed with the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys.
