Governor praises state's economic development

CELINA - Ohio is a state on the move as illustrated by chipmaker Intel's commitment to invest $20 billion to build new factories in the state, said Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine on Tuesday.
DeWine visited the Mercer County Fair to promote Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Ohio by reading "The Little Engine That Could" to children and presenting a program overview with Celina Rotarians. [More]

ROCKFORD- Village council members on Tuesday night authorized the police department to provide two paid hours of security duty five days a week at Parkway High School.
Parkway High School wanted to partner with the police department to provide security at school, according to the agenda. The high school would pay the village $46 per hour for the security detail. [More]

Celina woman faces Capitol riot charges
TOLEDO - A Celina woman arrested for allegedly participating in the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riots has been released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
