Oversized load

An oversized load traveling eastbound on State Route 29 passed through Celina Thursday morning. The approximately 16-foot tall cargo was escorted by Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers who maintained a rolling-road-closure around it. Sgt. Chad Durfey at the Van Wert Post of Ohio State Highway Patrol said troopers assisted Ohio Department of Transportation with the escort because the load was over-dimensional. He didn't know what the load consisted of or which company was hauling it. Durfey said the company raised overhead utility lines that were too low.
