* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Nancy Toms
Nancy Kay Toms, age 84, of Celina, Ohio passed away at Mercer Health in Coldwater on September 29, 2022 at 3:05 am.
She was born on May 30, 1938 in Celina to the late LaVaughn and Olive (Waterman) Toms.
Nancy is survived by a sister-in-law, Judy Toms - Medler, Portland, Indiana; and many nieces and nephews.
She is also preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen (William) Wehrkamp; a brother, Jon Toms; and two half-brothers, LaVerne and Bill Toms.
Nancy was a 1956 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and received her nursing degree from Miami Valley Hospital School of Nursing. She worked at Gibbons Hospital in Celina for many years and later for the family practice of Dr. Fox and Dr. Heinrichs before retiring. She was a member of Celina American Legion Post 210 and Fraternal order of Eagles Auxiliary Lodge 1291.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating.
