Work wraps up on the Fulton Street reconstruction project. The stretch of road was reopened to the public late Friday afternoon, according to Celina Mayor Jeff Hazel. The $2.3 million project undertaken by Hohenbrink Excavating of Findlay involved the complete reconstruction of the street from College Avenue west to the dead-end past Mill Street, roughly 4,100 linear feet. It also will include new water lines, storm sewers, curbs, gutters, drive aprons and sidewalks.
