WAPAKONETA - After a change of plea to no contest in an OVI case Tuesday, interim Wapakoneta mayor Stephen Henderson will serve no jail time. He was given an 180-day suspended sentence on community control sanctions.

ST. HENRY - Village councilors on Monday night passed final reading of legislation extending raises averaging 7% to village employees.
