Susan E. Wicker, 54, of St. Marys, OH died 11:29 a.m. Friday December 16. 2022 at Lima Memorial Health System.

She was born February 8, 1968 in St. Marys, OH to Robert and Janet (Prashun) Thompson. On August 31, 1996 she married Randy L. Wicker, who survives.

Her untimely death leaves behind many broken hearts, including: daughter Amy Renee (Spencer) Knous of St. Marys, OH; son Adam (Britenee Stevens) Wicker of St. Marys, OH; 2 grandsons: Owen Paul Knous and Bode Lee Knous; father Robert Thompson of Lima, OH; sister Vickie (Larry) Pearce of Stilwell, KS; sister Sandy (David) Yahl of Salem, SC; sister Betty (Terry) Terhark of Sea Island, GA; sister Betsy (Don) McCollum of Lima, OH; sister Donna (J.R.) Woods of Allendale, MI; numerous nieces and nephews; parents-in-law Clyde and Connie Wicker of St. Marys, OH.

Preceded in death by: mother and step-father Janet (Jack) Steen; step-mother Marlene Thompson.

She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1986). A homemaker, she also worked at Kohl's Department Store and St. Marys Trucking Co. Her favorite pastimes included gardening, canning, cooking and camping. More than anything else, she enjoyed spending time with her family (especially her grandsons).

Rites are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday December 23, 2022 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
