* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

A grain truck hauling soybeans tipped over Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of State Routes 49 and 707. Chattanooga first responders cut the cab roof to free the driver.
