Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the evening. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, as temperatures fall, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions this evening and exercise extra caution.

A pole barn was destroyed and a grain bin ripped from its foundation near State Route 116 and Easterly Road north of St. Marys. The grain bin came to rest about half a mile away at the edge of a woods.
