LIMA - Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize and Hardin counties will have a five-year renewal levy not to exceed 1 mill for operating expenses on the Nov. 7 ballot.
The levy was first passed in 2014 in response to falling revenues. It would potentially generate an estimate of $3,691,000 annually.
