* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Jeffrey Drees
Jeffrey Drees, age 60, of Celina, died on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born on April 6, 1963 in Celina to the late Ivo & Virginia (Giere) Drees.
He is survived by his children Aaron Drees and fiancee Stephanie Franck of Celina and Jeanna Drees and fiance Dustyn Saintignon of St. Marys; siblings and in-laws, Jacqueline Thase & Doug Burch of Casstown, Ohio, Julia & Dave Barker of Troy, and Christopher Drees of Coldwater.
Jeff enjoyed painting cars and attending car shows. He was an avid fan of music and loved spending time with his family.
Friends may call on Saturday, February 24 from 2 until 6 p.m. at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. A prayer service will follow at 6 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the CALL food pantry in Celina.
