Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the evening. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, as temperatures fall, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. CELINA - A Fort Recovery man on Wednesday was arraigned in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on felonious assault and strangulation charges after allegedly attacking his mother last month.
