CELINA - A 57-year-old Rockford man is being held in the Mercer County jail on a rape charge.
David Elkins was indicted Monday on one count of rape, a first-degree felony, in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. He was arrested and taken to Mercer County jail the same day, court documents show.
