Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the overnight hours. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions overnight and exercise extra caution.

Leah Newbauer
Leah Charlotte Newbauer entered this world silently at 4:11 p.m. on Tuesday March 5, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
She is survived by parents, Logan Newbauer and Jenna Eberle of St. Marys, Ohio; twin sister Rae Arlene Newbauer of St. Marys, Ohio; paternal grandparents John and Carrie Newbauer II of New Bremen, Ohio; maternal grandparents Michael and Andrea Eberle of St. Marys, Ohio; paternal great-grandparents Arthur and Charlotte Bruggeman of Maria Stein, Ohio; maternal great-grandfather Charles Albert Eberle of St. Marys, Ohio; uncle Lucas Newbauer of New Bremen, Ohio; aunt Lydia Newbauer of Columbus, Ohio; uncle Charles Albert (Allison) Eberle of St. Marys, Ohio; cousin Everette Eberle and a large extended family.
Preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother Arlene Eberle; paternal great-grandparents John and Carlyn Newbauer; maternal great-grandparents Virgil and Victoria Rohrbach.

Private graveside funeral rites will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
