Donna Warthman
Donna Kay Warthman, beloved wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and sister, passed away at Lutheran Hospital on May 3, 2024, surrounded by her family.
She was born on February 1, 1956, in Celina, Ohio to Robert P. Bollenbacher, who survives, and the late Mildred (Snider) Bollenbacher.
Donna was a devoted member of St. Paul's Country Church in Rockford. She dearly loved Indiana University basketball, frequently planning her outings around game times.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Lowell Warthman of Rockford; her daughter Heather (Jason) Rock of Crawfordsville, Ind.; her son Brian Warthman of Dayton, as well as her father Robert Bollenbacher of Van Wert; brother Jeff (Ginger) Bollenbacher and sister Rebecca (Terry) McMillen, both of Rockford; and three grandchildren, Tony Rock, Mariell Thimme, and Margaret Warthman.
In addition to her mother, Donna was preceded in death by her brother, Ron Bollenbacher.
A celebration of Donna's life will take place at St. Paul's Country Church, 1538 Oregon Road, Rockford Ohio, on Thursday May 9, 2024, with visitation starting at 9 a.m. and the funeral service following at 11 a.m. Pastor Mike Husted will officiate. The family requests everyone "come casual", as Donna would want you to. Wear your favorite team gear, Indiana University gear if you have it. Burial will follow at the St. Paul's Country Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Donna's memory may be made to the St. Paul's Country Church.
