Miss Lake Festival pageant contestant

Francesca Steinbrunner, 18, Rockford, is a freshman at Ball State University where she is majoring in general biology. She will speed paint as her talent. Her platform is "Advocacy for the Elderly" and her sponsor is La Carreta. She is the daughter of Adam and Maryann Steinbrunner.
