  CELINA- A St. Marys woman was charged with abduction on Monday in Mercer County Common Pleas Court, following her initial arrest on Friday after a domestic violence incident that involved assault and the discharge of a firearm in Celina.
Amber M. Moell, 39, was charged with abduction, a third-degree felony. The charge is accompanied by a three-year firearm specification. [More]

Recent rains came too little, too late
