Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the overnight hours. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions overnight and exercise extra caution.

Lord Farquaad, played by Baylen Scott, sings "What's Up, Duloc?" during a dress rehearsal for Coldwater Elementary School's "Shrek Jr." on Monday. Performances are at 7 p.m. Thursday and at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in the high school auditeria. Presale tickets, available through Denise Petersen or the elementary school office, are $6 for adults and $5 for students. Presale tickets end on Wednesday. Admission at the door is $8 for everyone.
