A beloved Rockford-area ice cream shop is back with new ownership, according to a news release from the village chamber of commerce.
The new owners of Tastee Twirl Rockford, brothers Lucas, Drew and Kyle Luginbill, held a grand opening on June 6. Currently the shop is only scooping ice cream and does not have food available just yet, per a company Facebook post. [More]
