* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

WAPAKONETA - The 174th Auglaize County Fair is rolling out the theme of "Freedom, Family, Red, White and Fair" to coincide with the America 250 celebration occurring nationwide this summer.
The fair kicks off Sunday and runs through Aug. 8 at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds in Wapakoneta, which will be decked out in red, white and blue via American flags, themed displays, illuminated buildings and special decorations. [More]
