After a rainy start to the day, the skies cleared just in time for the annual Heritage Day Celebration at the Maria Stein Shrine of Holy Relics on Sunday afternoon. Under sunny skies, hundreds of people came out to enjoy the FFA petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, giant yard games, bubbles, chili contest, basket raffle and more. The day brought plenty of good food, fun and fellowship together while raising funds for the church.
