* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

NEW BREMEN - Fourth-grade students at New Bremen Elementary School have spent much of December working on an annual project that transforms the children into entrepreneurs.
Land surveying has begun for a project to fix drainage problems in Montezuma.
Surveyors were out in the town for three days last week and will be returning this week, according to Mayor Charlotte Garman.
