Request for Proposals
Mercer Health is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Mangers as Constructor for renovation to the Main Hospital at 800 W. Main Street, Coldwater, OH. The project consists of a 15,000 square foot renovation to the existing OB delivery department on the second floor of the hospital.

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has scheduled local public hearings in Case Nos. 25-1097-GA-AIR, In the Matter of the Application of The East Ohio Gas Company d/b/a Enbridge Gas Ohio for Approval of an Increase in Gas Rates; 25-1098-GA-ALT, In the Matter of the Application of The East Ohio Gas Company d/b/a Enbridge Gas Ohio for Approval of an Alternative Rate Plan; 25-1099-GA-AAM, In the Matter of the Application of The East Ohio Gas Company d/b/a Enbridge Gas Ohio for Approval to Change Accounting Methods; and 25-1100-GA-ATA, In the Matter of the Application of The East Ohio Gas Company d/b/a Enbridge Gas Ohio for Approval of Tariff Revisions.
In its applications, The East Ohio Gas Company requests appoval of an increase in gas distribution rates and an alternative rate plan. In its rate case, the Company requests a rate increase of $163,072,526, an increase of 17.28 percent over current revenues.
After its review of The East Ohio Gas Company's application and records, the Staff of the Commission recommends a revenue increase in the range of $112,646,190 to $129,447,541, which represents an increase of between 11.86 percent and 13.63 percent over current revenues. The East Ohio Gas Company's application for an alternative rate plan seeks to implement the following elements: the continuation and modification of the capital expenditure program and pipeline infrastructure replacement riders, with flow-through adjustments to account for new base rates, and the continuation of other riders related to, among other things, uncollectible expenses and infrastructure development. These local hearings are scheduled to provide an opportunity for interested members of the public to testify in these proceedings.
