FARM GROUND FOR RENT/PURCHASE
The Village of Coldwater is accepting sealed bids for the rental of approximately 18 acres of ground for farming purposes for the year 2024 thru 2026. The ground is owned by the Village of Coldwater and is located in the Southwest quarter of Section 33, Butler Township, Mercer County, Ohio. Bids must be submitted not later than 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023, and shall be opened immediately thereafter in the Council Chambers. Any person submitting a bid must place their name, mailing address, daytime phone number, and the lump sum price for rent. The bid sheet must be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Village Manager, Village of Coldwater, 610 West Sycamore Street, Coldwater, Ohio 45828.
