THAYER, DECEASED, et al., in Case No. 20-CIV-070 the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, 101 N. Main St., Celina, OH 45822, seeking foreclosure and alleging that Defendant(s) the Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Phyllis B. Sprada AKA Phyllis B. Thayer, Deceased, have or may claim an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Hopewell, County of Mercer and State of Ohio, to wit:
Being a parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-nine (29), Town Five (5) South, Range Two (2) East, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing for reference at a P.K. nail over the cornerstone at the Southeast corner of said Section Twenty-nine (29), said point also being at the intersection of the centerline of State Route 118 with the centerline of Carmel Church Road; thence North 000 39' East, along the East line of said section Twenty-nine (29) and the centerline of State Route 118, a distance of Four Hundred Nineteen and Fifty-four Hundredths (419.54) feet to a railroad spike, said point being the place of beginning for the parcel to be conveyed by this instrument; thence continuing on the last described line, North 00039' East, a distance of One Hundred Fifty and Eighty-nine Hundredths (150.89) feet to a railroad spike; thence North 89° 55' 30" West, a distance of Two Hundred Eighty-eight and Twenty-seven Hundredths (288.27) feet to a Five-eighths (5/8) inch bar; thence South 00° 39' West, a distance of One Hundred Fifty-one and Thirty-five Hundredths (151.35) feet to a Five-eighths (5/8) iron inch bar; thence North 89° 59' East, a distance of Two Hundred Eight-eight and Twenty-eight Hundredths (288.28) feet to the place of beginning, said line passing through a Five-eights (5/8) iron inch bar at Thirty-one and Twenty-eight Hundredths (31.28) feet, containing 1.000 acre of land, more or less, subject to all easements and right-of-way of record.
