SEALED BID SALE OF SURPLUS
Seven Passanger Mini-Van
Mercer County Council on Aging is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following surplus vehicle in "as is, where is" condition:
• One (1) 2007 Buick Terraza Mini-van with 123,823 miles
This van is equipped with fold down passenger seats; air conditioning (not working); cruise control, power steering and power brakes. It is currently not running due to a coolant leak, cannot be started, and will need to be towed or trailered away.
The minimum bid price is $150.00. Mercer County Council on Aging makes no representations regarding the condition of this vehicle and offers no warranty of any kind. The maintenance records may be inspected by appointment prior to the bid opening date and time.
Bids will be opened Monday, July 27th, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., but they must be post marked before Thursday, July 23rd, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "SURPLUS VEHICLE BID". A cashier's check or money order in the full amount of the bid and made payable to "Mercer County Council on Aging" must be received within 48 hours of the sealed bid opening, Wednesday, July 29th, 2020. Failure by the winning bidder to pay as detailed here in, will result in their bid being rejected, and the vehicle being awarded to the next highest bidder. In the event of matching high bids, all bidders involved in the tie will be notified by phone call, and have 24 hours to improve or withdraw their bid, this will not increase the time allowed for payment and checks will be expected as outline in this paragraph. Successful bidders will have seven (7) days to remove their purchased vehicle(s) from the premises after which time a storage fee of $25 per day per vehicle will be charged payable upon release of each vehicle. If the van remains unsold after the bid closing, it will be disposed of at the Executive Director's discretion.

PUBLIC AUCTION SALE BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE CELINA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PROPERTY LOCATED
IN CELINA, OHIO
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Celina City School District, Mercer County, Ohio, will offer for sale at public auction at 6799 Lake Acres Drive, Celina, Ohio, commencing at 7:00 p.m., June 18, 2020, the following described property:
A new single family dwelling located on lot #10 in the City of Celina, Ohio, with an assigned address of 6799 Lake Acres Drive, easements, and restrictions of record.
METHOD OF SALE: Subject to the right of the Board of Education to reject all bids, the sale shall be made to the highest bidder, but shall not be final until written notification of the acceptance of the bid is given by the Board.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash (in the form of cash, or a certified or cashier's check) within the time provided in the conditions of sale as referred to below.
DEPOSIT: Cash, or certified cashier's check payable to the Board of Education of the Celina City School District, or a combination in the amount of $2,500 will be required at the time of the public auction from the highest bidder as security for faithful performance should the bid be accepted, which amount will be applied on the purchase price in the event the bid is accepted by the Board of Education.
