PUBLIC AUCTION
SALE BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE CELINA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN CELINA, OHIO
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Celina City School District, Mercer County, Ohio, will offer for sale at public auction at 1248 Brooke Ave., Celina, Ohio, commencing at 7:00 p.m., June 6, 2024 the following described property:
A new single family dwelling located on lot #76 in the City of Celina, Ohio, with an assigned address of 1248 Brooke Ave., easements, and restrictions of record.
METHOD OF SALE: Subject to the right of the Board of Education to reject all bids, the sale shall be made to the highest bidder, but shall not be final until written notification of the acceptance of the bid is given by the Board.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash (in the form of cash, or a certified or cashier's check) within the time provided in the conditions of sale as referred to below.
DEPOSIT: Cash, or certified cashier's check payable to the Board of Education of the Celina City School District, or a combination in the amount of $2,500 will be required at the time of the public auction from the highest bidder as security for faithful performance should the bid be accepted, which amount will be applied on the purchase price in the event the bid is accepted by the Board of Education.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: Information concerning the auction sale and a copy of the "Conditions of Sale" in accordance with and subject to which all bids shall be made, may be obtained at the office of the Celina City Schools Treasurer, Celina, Ohio.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL UNNEEDED, OBSOLETE OR UNFIT MUNICIPAL PROPERTY BY INTERNET AUCTION DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2024
Notice is hereby given that the City of Celina intends to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit municipal personal property by internet auction during 2024. Any auction sales shall be conducted under the authority and direction of the City of Celina Safety-Service Director. Such internet auction sales shall be conducted by way of GovDeals.com internet auction services. Bidding shall remain open for not less than 10 days, terms of payment will be collected through Gov Deals by PayPal, credit card or wire transfer, and payment in full must be received before the date of delivery to the successful bidder. The successful bidder shall be solely responsible for all acts and expenses associated with the delivery of such items so purchased.
