The Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Fort Recovery will hold a public hearing on an application for a Variance request and a Conditional Use Permit on November 21, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. located at: Fort Recovery Village Hall, 201 S. Main St., Fort Recovery, OH 45846. These applications are submitted by Dan Jutte & Dave Kaup and request that a variance be granted to allow for a change in the front and rear yard setbacks for construction of two-unit condos on lots #2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 on Easy Street in Country Breeze Subdivision at and to allow for a R-PUD with zero lot lines at the following properties currently zoned R3 - Multi-Family Residential located at 401, 407, 413, 419 & 420 Easy Street and the property located at 1800 St. Rt. 49, Fort Recovery, Ohio.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE AND PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted by Scott and Melinda Kremer to allow for a new shed, located at 602 N. Cedar St., Coldwater, Ohio.
Applicant requests a variance to allow the construction of an addition (10'x15' shed) on a permanent foundation. The permanent foundation will encroach on the side yard set back by 10'.
The Board of Planning and Zoning Appeals may not act upon this request prior to notification of adjacent property owners. Any such property owner may submit written objections to the office of the Village Manager at 610 West Sycamore Street, Coldwater, Ohio 45828. Written objections must be received prior to the Board of Appeals Meeting at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Any person may attend this public meeting and speak for or against this application.
Mercer County, Ohio
The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance on the 18th day of November, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Ronald Romer, requests a Variance of 2' 6" in the side yard set-back, for the construction of a carport to be built on the property at 7135 Bass Landing, Celina, Ohio 45822. Supplemental Regulation for the Variance is 1127.39 and requires an 8' side yard setback. The carport would be 16' X 16' and open-sided. The request is approved by Members of the Bass Landing Board.
