Proposed Zoning Change
The Washington Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing March 30, 2020, at 8:00 P.M., on proposed amendments to the township zoning resolution. The proposed amendments were submitted by motion of the Zoning Commission. The amendments would change various sections of the zoning resolution.
The hearing will be held at the Washington Township House, 1474 St. Anthony Road, Coldwater, Ohio 45828.
The motion proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for public examination for a period of at least ten days from March 10, 2020, to March 30, 2020, prior to the public hearing.
The person responsible for giving notice of the public hearing by publication is Ellen Homan, Township Fiscal Officer.
At the conclusion of this hearing the matter will be referred, for further public hearing, to the Washington Township Board of Trustees.
