The Butler Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the zoning map of the Township. The proposed amendment was submitted by Greg Bruns, owner of the area proposed to be changed or affected. The amendment would rezone 4.054 acres of land in Section 34 of Town 6 South, Range 2 East, of Butler Township, Mercer County, Ohio.
The hearing will be held at the Butler Township House, 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, on Monday, January 18, 2021, at 8:00 P.M.
The present zoning classification of the property in the proposed amendment is Agricultural/Residential (A-1-R-1). The proposed zoning re-classification of the property is Commercial (C-1).
The application proposing to amend the zoning map will be available for public examination at the office of the Mercer County Commission, 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio 45822, from January 4, 2021, for a period of at least ten days prior to the public hearing on January 18, 2021.

Amendment to Mercer County Zoning Map
The Board of Mercer County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on January 14, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the Office of the Mercer County Commissioners, Room A201, Central Services Building, 220 W. Livingston St., Celina, Ohio. The Commissioners will hear an application to amend the zoning map of the Mercer County Zoning Code Resolution.
The map amendment would reclassify the zoning district of a 1.06 acre tract located on the north side of State Route 703 in Section 4, East Jefferson Township. The tract is owned by Andrew & Henni Hinders. Said property is presently zoned SP (Special Parks). The application proposed zoning district is R-1 (Residential).
The application for map amendment will be available for public examination during office hours until the date of the hearing at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners in the Central Services Building, Room A201, 220 W. Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio. Those unable to attend the hearing may submit written comments to the Commissioners, mailed or delivered to the County Commissioners office in advance of the hearing.
