A public hearing will be held before the Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals on March 15, 2021, at 8:00 P.M. at the Butler Township House, 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio. A prior hearing on February 15, 2021, was cancelled due to weather conditions. The hearing is for the purpose of considering the following:
Application by Diane Prenger for a side yard variance to construct an accessory building to a residence at 5864 Burkettesville-St. Henry Road, Coldwater, Ohio, in Section 16 of Township 6 South, Range 2 East, of Mercer County, Ohio.

The Butler Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the zoning map of the Township. The proposed amendment was submitted by Greg Bruns, owner of the area proposed to be changed or affected. The amendment would rezone 4.054 acres of land in Section 34 of Town 6 South, Range 2 East, of Butler Township, Mercer County, Ohio.
The hearing will be held at the Butler Township House, 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, on Monday, March 15, 2021, at 8:00 P.M. A prior hearing on February 15, 2021, was cancelled due to weather conditions.
The present zoning classification of the property in the proposed amendment is Agricultural/Residential (A-1/R-1). The proposed zoning reclassification of the property is Commercial (C-1).
The application proposing to amend the zoning map will be available for public examination at the office of the Mercer County Commission, 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio 45822, from January 4, 2021, for a period of at least ten days prior to the public hearing on March 15, 2021.

The Granville Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the township zoning map filed by Kevin Lefeld, owner of the property proposed to be changed. The proposed amendment would change the zoning classification for a 1.33 acre parcel in Section 21 of Township 7 South, Range 3 East, of Granville Township, Mercer County, Ohio. The property is located at the south end of Buckeye Street, St. Henry, Ohio.
The hearing will be held on March 11, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. at the Granville Township house, 141 S. Walnut St., St. Henry, Ohio 45883. In compliance with the zoning code notice will be mailed to the real estate tax mailing address of owners of property in Granville Township within three hundred feet of the parcel proposed to be changed.
The present zoning classification of the property identified in the proposed amendment is Agricultural/Residential (A-1/R-1). The proposed zoning classification of the property is Industrial (I-1).

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Conditional Use Request on the 1st day of March, 2021, at 6:30 P.M. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Celina Landfill, Inc., requests to extend the term of the previously approved Conditional Use permit which provided for the development of a soil borrow area immediately west of the existing Celina Landfill located on the property at 6141 Depweg Road, Celina, Ohio. Due to the ongoing operation and construction of the approved vertical extension of the existing landfill, it is requested that the existing approved borrow area be allowed to be excavated to deeper depths and to be extended to the northwest.
