A public hearing will be held before the Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. at the Liberty Township House, 9930 S.R. 49, Rockford, OH, for the purpose of hearing the following:
Application by Liberty Township Board of Trustees for a conditional use permit to construct a Township building on two acres in Section 16, Town 5 South, Range 1 East, the intersection of Wabash Road and Frahm Pike, Mercer County, Celina, Ohio.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will then conduct an annual reorganizational meeting.

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 23, 2023, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first item on the agenda is a request by Randolph & Judith Sudhoff wanting to split lots at 2408 Eaglebrooke Parkway. Currently three lots and would like to make it two lots instead of recorded three. Zoning is R-1.
The second item is MHI Properties (Michael Heuker) seeking a lot split where he is in process of building a duplex/condo at 1445-1447 Irmscher. Seeking a lot split in order to sell the condo into individual lots and dwellings. R-3.
The third item is Boardwalk Real Estate Development LLC requesting site plan approval for Boardwalk District along West Bank Road. Zoning is B-1.
The fourth item a request from Jeff Link of 314 S. Main Street requesting a conditional use to sell used vehicles. Zoning is B-2.
The fifth item on the agenda is from Lucky's by the Lake LLC requesting a conditional use at 207 South Main Street for media and entertainment video gaming. Zoning is B-2.
The sixth item is a request from Jason Moyar and Joseph French of Wapakoneta requesting a conditional use at 121 E. Forrest Street for media and entertainment video gaming. Zoning is B-3.
