The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2024, in the Celina Admin-istration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor in the City Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following requests(s):
For review is a request by The Baldus Co. of Fort Wayne, Indiana, requesting an LED sign for Grace Missionary Church to be placed on the VFW property on West Logan Street and Portland Street. Request is for a second free standing sign for an offsite facility and for the LED factor. There currently is a sign in place for the church but church would like to update with a bigger sign. Zoning is B-1.
Addition information may be obtained from the City Engineering Department, 308 Portland Street, Celina, and phone 419-586-1144. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE URGED TO ATTEND. Landowner or his signed designee must attend this meeting.

The second item on the agenda is a lot split request by Sean Klosterman of Meadowview Street for the lot at the intersection of East Wayne Street and Myers Road. Zoning is B-2.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the County of Mercer will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Mercer County Commissioners Office, Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio.
Based on both citizen input and local officials' assessment of the county's needs, the county is proposing to undertake the following Revolving Loan Fund activity:
The county intends to loan the amount of $85,000 to Nathan Giesige Enterprises LLC for the purchase of property located at 725 W. Logan St., Celina. Nathan Giesige Enterprises LLC will retain 4 FTE jobs, of which 3 will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $300,000 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $85,000; Equity $15,000 and Private Lender $200,000.

The county intends to loan the amount of $75,000 to NEA Hardware LLC for the purchase of the Coldwater Ace Hardware business located at 850 E. Main St, Coldwater. NEA Hardware LLC will retain 2 FTE jobs and create 1 FTE job, of which 2 will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $375,000 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $75,000; Equity $40,000 and Private Lenders $210,000 and $50,000 respectively.

The county intends to loan the amount of $300,000 to Grey Real Estate LLC for the purchase of property located at 4691 U.S. Rt 127, Celina. Grey Real Estate LLC will create 12 FTE jobs, of which 7 will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $1,180,000 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $300,000; Equity $380,000 and Private Lender $500,000.
This second public hearing is being held to give citizens an adequate opportunity to review and comment on the county's proposed applications, before the loans are approved.

The Village Council of the Village of Fort Recovery, Ohio, adopted Resolution 2024-01 authorizing the sale of unneeded, obsolete or unfit for use Village personal property by internet auction. The Village shall contract with GovDeals to act as its representative for the purpose of disposing of said property through the www.govdeals.com website. All such property shall be offered for sale pursuant to the Village of Fort Recovery, Ohio's "On-line Sales - Terms and Conditions" and shall be sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis. All items will be made available to the public on govdeals.com for a minimum of ten (10) days.
