This notice is to inform you that the Franklin Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Zoning Reclassification on the 12th day of September, 2017, at 7:30 P.M. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina.
The application, submitted by Timothy and Joan Homan, requests a zoning change for the property located at 5006 Kittle Road, Celina, Ohio 45822. The property at issue contains three (3) parcels, two (2) of which are owned by Timothy and Joan Homan and one (1) of which is owned by Clay and Diane Chapman. Currently, these parcels are zoned A-2, Agriculture and contain approximately 31.761 acres. The applicant is requesting that a portion of the three parcels, totaling approximately 17.929 acres, be rezoned to C-1: Commercial and Industrial District.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a variance on the 18th day of September, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Ronald Smith, requests a variance reduction in the minimum lot requirements for the front, rear and south side setbacks for the property located at 5477 Wilson Drive, Celina, Ohio, for the construction of a garage on the property.

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio until 10:00 a.m. on September 7, 2017, at the Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A 201, Celina, Ohio for the furnishing of all labor and materials and all work incident there to in accordance with the drawings and/or specifications for replacing a tile main involving the watershed in Section 10, 11, 14, 15 and 22 of Blackcreek Township in Mercer County, Ohio.
Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the Board of County Commissioners.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guarantee shall be in the form of either:
1. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or
2. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project will be required.
Proposal blanks, plans, and specifications are on file and may be secured from the office of the Mercer County Engineer, 4884 Mud Pike, Celina, Ohio 45822.
Award of the contract will be made on the basis of the lowest and best bid submitted.
The Board of County Commissioners of Mercer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities when the same are to the County's advantage.

Take notice that on July 12, 2017, MABEL L. 1. Plaintiff is in possession of and is the owner in fee simple under color of title of the below-described real estate by virtue of adverse possession, to wit:
Certain real property in Mercer County, Ohio identified as Lot Eighty-seven (87) as shown on the original Plat of the City of Celina, Mercer County, Ohio, excluding the portion thereof owned by the Lake Erie and Western Railroad and/or its successor in interest (hereinafter referred to as the "Lake Erie and Western Railroad") as at present located which bisects said Lot Eighty-seven (87), and pertinent to this instant litigation is also the owner of a northern triangular portion of said Lot Eighty-seven (87) as shown on the original Plat of the City of Celina, Mercer County, Ohio, with this northern portion being more particularly described as follows:
As much of Lot Eighty-seven (87) as shown on the original Plat of the City of Celina, Mercer County, Ohio, as lies north of a line commencing at a point in the west line of said lot number Eighty-seven (87) Forty-two (42) feet more or less south of the northwest corner and twenty (20) feet measured at right angles from the center line of the main track of the Lake Erie and Western Railroad as at present located, and running thence northeasterly on a line parallel to and twenty (20) feet measured at right angles north of the center line of the main track of the Lake Erie and Western Railroad to a point in the north line of said lot, fifty (50) feet more or less east of the northwest corner.
As described in an instrument recorded in Deed Book 75, Page 295, in the Recorder's Office of Mercer County, Ohio.
The above legal description of said northern triangular portion of said Lot Eighty-seven (87) is hereinafter referred to as the "real property" which is the subject matter of this litigation.
2. Defendants claim or may claim an interest in said real estate which claim casts or may cast a cloud upon the title of Plaintiff.
3. The Mercer County Treasurer's Office has an interest in said real estate for any unpaid real property taxes and assessments, which claim Plaintiff does not dispute.
4. Said real estate is unique and unusual.
5. Plaintiff has no other adequate remedy at law.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs demand judgment as follows: That (1) the title to the said real estate be found in Plaintiff; (2) Plaintiffs title to said real estate be quieted as against all others including the named-Defendants (with the exception of the Mercer County Treasurer); (3) all Defendants be required to set up their claims, if any, or be forever barred; (4) for costs; (5) and for all other relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled whether at law or in equity.
