These bids are to be in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Safety Service Director. They will be received in the office of the Director, which is located in the City Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio 45822. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. local time, Wednesday, May 16, 2018, and at that time and place will be publicly opened. Contracts will be for a period of one (1) year from the date of Contract with option for renewal.
Each bid must be enclosed in an appropriately marked and sealed envelope and must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. All bids shall be made on Bid Forms furnished with the Invitation to Bid and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if a bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a Contract. On bids for services, or where quantities are not determined, a bid security of five hundred dollars ($500.00) will be required. A Performance Bond may be required on Contracts for professional services.
