The St. Henry Village Council has passed the following:
Ordinance 1021 - enacting section 90.37 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of St. Henry, Ohio, establishing requirements for the proper disposal of pet solid waste in the Village of St. Henry, Ohio.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Celina will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Livingston Street Waterline Replacement project.
Bids will be received at the office of the City of Celina, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio, until 11:00 a.m. March 21, 2017, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
Bids received after 11:00 a.m. will be returned unopened.
Bids will be received on a unit price basis as outlined in the bid documents:
The Livingston Street Waterline Replacement project involves the replacement of approximately 5,400 lineal feet of 6-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch waterline including needed valves, hydrants, water services and other miscellaneous work.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed in the provided envelope, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the instructions to Bidders. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid.
Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the State of Ohio prevailing wage rates, various insurance requirements, and various equal employment opportunity provisions.
The Bidding Documents, which include Drawings, Specifications and blank bid forms, may be examined and obtained at the office of Access Engineering Solutions, LLC., 1200 Irmscher Boulevard, Suite B., Celina, Ohio, 45822. Bidders may obtain copies of the documents for $60.00 for each complete set of documents. These documents will be shipped at the Bidder's expense for an additional $15.00 shipping fee. Non-refundable checks are to be payable to Access Engineering Solutions, LLC. BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM BIDDERS LISTED ON THE ENGINEER'S OFFICIAL LIST OF PLAN HOLDERS.
The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive informalities, irregularities and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Annual Financial report for the Village of Fort Recovery for the year 2016 has been completed and is available for inspection at the office of the Fiscal Officer, located at 201 S. Main Street, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
MOWING CONTRACTORS AND FIELD MARKING
Celina City Schools will accept competitive quotes for the school lawn mowing and field marking work. Specifications can be picked up in the Business Office at: 585 E. Livingston St., Celina, Ohio. Quotes will be opened at Noon, March 13, 2017.
Sealed bids will be received by the Celina City Schools until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2017, for one 72 passenger 2017 (or newer) school bus and one 67 passenger with lift 2017 (or newer) school bus for Celina City Schools. Specifications, dated February 21, 2017, for the buses will be available upon request from the office of the Treasurer, 585 E. Livingston St., Celina, OH 45822; phone: 419-586-8300 ext. 1001.
The bid opening will be March 13, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room at 585 E. Livingston St., Celina, OH. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all options and any or all bids. The Board also reserves the right to accept or reject any bus trade-in offer.
The Board will act on these bus bids at the regular board meeting on March 20, 2017.

Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Marion Township, Mercer County, Ohio, at 8078 Marion Drive, Maria Stein, OH 45860 until 6:00 p.m. on March 19, 2017, for the purchase of a 2003 McCormick MTX110 Tractor, and a 20 foot boom with a 6 foot Diamond Rotary mower.
