This matter came before the court on Plaintiff's motion for service by publication of Defendant Lynn M. Abels filed December 5, 2017. The court finds that Defendant's address is unknown to Plaintiff, and Plaintiff has exhausted reasonable efforts to locate Ms. Abels.
It is hereby ORDERED that a publication of the notice be made one time per week for six consecutive weeks in The Daily Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in this county. Said publication shall contain a summary statement of the subject matter in this case. Service shall be complete upon the sixth publication.

Notice of Dissolution to Creditors and Claimants against Corporation
(pursuant to ORC 1701.87)
Professional Associates of Celina, Inc., an Ohio corporation has dissolved. You must present to creditor or any claim that is conditional, unmatured or contingent upon the occurrence or nonoccurrence of future events, pursuant to the following:
1. All claims shall be presented in writing and shall identify the claimant and contain sufficient information to reasonably inform the corporation of the substance of the claim.
2. The mailing address to which the person must sent the claims is 6187 Manchester Road, Franklin, Ohio 45005.
3. The deadline by which the corporation must receive the claim is sixty (60) days after the date this notice is given.
4. The claim will be barred if the corporation does not receive the claim by the deadline.
The corporation may make distributions to other creditors or claimants, including distributions to shareholders of the corporation, without further notice to the claimant.
PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE
The Franklin Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Franklin Township Zoning Map. The proposed amendment was submitted by the Franklin Township Board of Trustees, and proposes to change the zoning classification of an approximately 6.956 acre parcel in Section 20 of Township 6 South, Range 3 East, with an address of Marina Drive, Celina, Ohio 45822.
The hearing will be held January 89, 2018, at 7:30 P.M. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 State Route 219, Celina, Ohio 45822.
Following is a list of the owners of these properties, as they appear on the county auditor's current tax list, of all properties to be rezoned by the proposed amendment.
Park Grand Resort and Restaurant, LLC, 5134 It's It Road, Celina, Ohio 45822.
The present zoning classification of the property in the proposed amendments is Residential Medium Density (R-2). The proposed zoning reclassification of the property is Recreational/Commercial (RC).
The resolution to amend the Zoning Map will be available for public examination for a period of at least ten days from December 21, 2017, to January 9, 2018, at the office of the Mercer County Commission, 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio 45822.
The person responsible for giving notice of the public hearing by publication or by mail, or both, is Gary Schwieterman, Zoning Inspector.
