The size of a ten-story building, the 'We are watching' flag is a monumental eye made up of thousands of portraits contributed from 190 countries. Deployed during major climate events, it was hoisted by a crane over the Plainpalais plain on Saturday March 6, 2021 to raise awareness among world leaders about climate events.
