* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Shirley Harrod
Shirley Ann Harrod, 55, 125 First Ave., Coldwater, died at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 6, 2006, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. Death was due to a sudden illness.
She was born Oct. 13, 1950, in Mercer County, to Lloyd Duane and Glenna Leigh Webb Studer. On Dec. 17, 1975, she married Donald E. Harrod, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are two sons, Donald Jr., of Texas, and John, Coldwater; six daughters, Lisa, Newark, Linda and Debbie, both of Texas, Penny, Toledo, Amy, Cleveland, and Jacqueline, Minster; two brothers, Bill Studer, of Mich., and David Studer, of R.I.; two sisters, Sandy Mayfield, Union City, and Pat Stocker, of Tenn.; and 12 grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Rhonda; a brother, Bernard Studer; and a sister, Helen Britt.
She was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam.
Services are 9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial is at the Veterans Administration Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
