* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Deloris Imel, 88, of Celina, died the evening of Sept. 7, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.

Arrangements are pending at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
