* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lois Ann Grilliot
Celina native Lois Ann Grilliot, 65, of York Street, Yorkshire, died at 12:24 p.m. Nov. 3, 2006, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. Death was due to cancer.
She was born June 3, 1941, in Celina, to Leo A. and Armella Everman Bruggeman. On May 12, 1962, she married Elmer B. Grilliot, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Kevin, Versailles, Keith (Diane), Junction City, Kan., and Gary, Yorkshire; four daughters, Denise (Randy) Barhorst, Newport, Emmy, New Bremen, Jenny (Eugene) Nash, Piqua, and Stephanie Tedore, Greenville; two brothers, Marvin (Shirley) Bruggeman, Plant City, Fla., and Ronald (Linda) Bruggeman, St. Henry; four sisters, Sharon Voskuhl, Maria Stein, Geraldine (Fred) Bertke, New Knoxville, Bernice (Ron) Dwenger, Celina, and Beverly (Gary) Clune, St. Henry; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother-in-law, Charles Voskuhl.
She was a housekeeper at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, and a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. A 1959 graduate of St. Henry High School, she also was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 1391, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. David L. Zink officiating. Burial is at St. Martin's Cemetery, Osgood.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
