* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Faye Heitkamp
Faye E. Heitkamp, 35, of Ansonia, died Nov. 3 at her home due to cancer.
She was born Aug. 7, 1971, in Greenville, to Gary L. and Sandra K. Warner Bowman, who survive in Greenville. On Jan. 11, 1997, she married Chris A. Heitkamp, who also survives.
Other survivor are two sons, Joshua Lee and Noah Christopher at home; two brothers, Wayne (Loretta) Bowman and Craig Bowman, all of Greenville; a sister, Carolyn Bowman, Greenville; a stepbrother, Dave Griffin, Hollansburg; and a stepgrandmother, Norma J. Bowman, Greenville.
She worked at Neff Lettering, Greenville, and for her parents' business, Bowman's Conces-sions. She was a 1989 graduate of Ansonia High School and member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenville.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Revs. John White and Hershel Fee officiating. Burial is at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville. A prayer service will be held at 1:45 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
