* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ronda Hoying
Ronda K. Hoying, 35, 810 Hemlock St., Celina, died at 2:39 p.m. Nov. 29, 2006, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. Death was due to complications following surgery.
She was born Aug. 7, 1971, in Toledo, to Rex K. Fetters and Garnet Mae Toth Fetters-Babb. Her mother survives in Celina. On June 6, 1998, she married Donn L. Hoying, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Dillon, Celina; two daughters, Karissa and Kendra, both of Celina; a brother, Rodney K. (Tammi) Fetters, Van Wert; two sisters, Russie K. (Chris) Coleman, Lima, and Rashell K. (John) Bigelow, Celina; father- and mother-in-law, Donald and Edna, Celina; a stepfather, Richard Babb; and a grandmother, Lfrieda Toth, Celina.
Deceased are grandparents, John Toth, Chester Fetters and Blanch Sowders.
She was a cafeteria worker at Celina City Schools. She graduated in 1990 from Celina High School and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1473 Auxiliary, both of Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and before 10 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
